The tercia is another historical monument of the S.XVII. His function was to assemble the ecclesiastic tithes as well as other revenues of the Crown. The structure is rectangular and quite realized in brick. In his interior, there is a great central court that one accedes to him for a great door in the corner, which was opened for the carriages.
