Neighborhood. Located in the popular neighborhood of Santiago.

Chronology. The palace built in the eighteenth century.

Description. The building is a set of buildings from different periods and different artistic periods that predominate both in its facade and inside the palace.

In its façade, we can appreciate the main façade of lintel stone, surmounted by the coat of arms of the marquises of Benamejí. Above the ground floor windows, the shield of the Aguayo and Bernuy alternates. In its interior, you can visit a splendid staircase and a majestic garden.

It was reformed in the year 1874 by Rafael de Luque Lubian when a refachadización takes place.

This manor house, present headquarters of the School of Arts and Crafts, was described by Pío Baroja in the novel La Feria de los Discretos, a story that uses the city of Córdoba as a stage.
