The remains of a luxurious Roman villa of the 4th century B.C., constructed on a previous public resort, it emerges between olive groves, vineyards and trigales. The set shelters a rich collection of pavements musivarios, Mosaic that in someone of the cases constitute the only examples in the whole Roman Spain.
At present Source, Poplar constitutes a paradigmatic example in the study of the rural world and the agricultural exploitation in final moments of the Roman Empire, as well as it shelters the only collection of mosaics in the whole Roman Spain that wakes up the interest of the scientific community.
